A: At PreetimuchART, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the defected item is sent, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please send an evidence that the item is defected.

Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: You must return  unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order.
