Shipping and delivery

We offer shipping with shipping costs calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. We will provide an estimated delivery time at the time of purchase, but please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier's schedule. We also offer local pickup for customers in our area. For international shipping, customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be incurred. We highly recommend adding insurance to your shipment, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

​Returns and Cancellations
Returns: Returns on custom orders wont be accepted as the art piece is created according to user's needs.
For in stock items returns are possible only if the damaged piece has been shipped to the customer.
Exchanges: Exchanges on custom art pieces wont be possible. Exchanges for in stock pieces may be considered in certain situations.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For in-stock items, we can cancel the order and refund your payment as long as the item has not yet shipped. For custom orders, we may not be able to accept a cancellation or issue a refund on deposit.
